Refund Policy

Full Refund

A full refund will be issued if a written cancellation request is received at least 14 days before the course start date.

Partial Refund

A partial refund of 50% of the course fee will be issued if cancellation is requested within 7-13 days before the course start date.

No Refund

No refund will be issued if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of the course start date or after the course has commenced.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, participants must send a written cancellation request to support@innovrish.com, including their full name, course details, and reason for cancellation.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the approved request. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during enrollment.

Special Circumstances

In the case of unforeseen circumstances, such as course cancellation by Innovrish due to technical issues, low enrollment, or trainer unavailability, participants will be offered:
– A full refund of the course fee.
– Or the option to transfer to a future batch of the same course.

Non-Refundable Fees

Administrative fees, taxes, or charges imposed by payment processors are non-refundable.
