1. Course Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment is received.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit card, or any approved payment gateway.
Once enrolled, participants will receive a confirmation email with course details.

2. Refund Policy

Full Refund: Available if a written cancellation request is received at least 14 days before the course start date.
Partial Refund (50%): Available if cancellation is requested within 7-13 days before the course start date.
No Refund: If cancellation is requested within 7 days of the course start date or after the course has commenced.

3. Course Rescheduling and Cancellation

Innovrish reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the training in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer unavailability, technical issues, or low enrollment).
In such cases, participants will be offered:
– A rescheduled session.
– Or a full refund of the course fee.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials (e.g., slides, recordings, assignments) provided are proprietary to Innovrish.
Participants may not distribute, reproduce, or share course materials without prior written consent.

5. Attendance and Certification

Participants must attend at least 80% of the live sessions to qualify for certification.
The certification will be issued upon successful completion of the course and assessments.

6. Technical Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, a working microphone, and a computer with the required software (e.g., SAP S/4HANA trial versions if applicable).
Innovrish is not liable for issues arising from participant-side technical difficulties.

7. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain professionalism during sessions, including interactions with trainers and peers.
Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.

8. Privacy Policy

Participant information collected during enrollment will be used only for training-related communication and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Disclaimer

The course is designed for educational purposes only. Innovrish does not guarantee job placement or promotions as an outcome of completing the course.

10. Governing Law
